A share is an ownership title. Thus, seven membership categories welcome each person according to their role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contributors<\/strong>: private investors, end consumers, public structures, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shippers<\/strong>: our customers, including Arcadie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transportation partners<\/strong>: our partners for logistics (local agents, pre and post-routing, customs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic partners<\/strong>: Z\u00e9phyr &amp; Bor\u00e9e initially<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial partners<\/strong>: professional investors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employees<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Founders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Executive Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A collective strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Windcoop is a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest in a public limited company form. Its Executive Board is therefore <strong>an essential control unit<\/strong>. Composed of representatives elected from each membership category, it meets regularly throughout the year <strong>to collectively decide<\/strong> on the strategy to adopt for the cooperative\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">General Meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Windcoop\u2019s developments submitted to the vote<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>General Meeting takes place every year and the participation of all members is essential to the proper functioning of Windcoop. We are divided into <strong>voting colleges according to our categories<\/strong>. Each natural or legal person has <strong>a voice within their college<\/strong> and can thus validate the main courses of action of the cooperative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-coopi-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"390\" height=\"279\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wind.coop\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/CamelbertEN.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-209\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Think tanks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Think together to draw up the next guidelines of the company<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the annual General Meetings and their representation on the Executive Board, each member will be invited to participate in Think tanks around the central topics of the company&#8217;s development. These groups are <strong>the place of our collective intelligence expression and structuring<\/strong> in order to propose orientations, ideas, concepts and information to the Executive Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The existing Executive Board will propose a first groups panel which will be scalable according to your needs. These groups will be piloted by <strong>voluntary organizers<\/strong> among the members.
